Loved easy check in and checkout. Only had an issue when we needed more towels. We needed to go get them ourselves and when we did, we got a stack of floor towels. Pool was closed our first night of two night stay. The breakfast was descent and had several options. Staff was friendly. Located across from Walmart a d lots of restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

The hotel felt like a relative upgrade, with reasonably spacious rooms and large-screen TVs. The staff were friendly and welcoming. As expected from a Hampton Inn, the food options were somewhat limited. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants including Cava. However, the pillows were really disappointing—not just at this property but across Hilton’s subsidiaries, as we tried three different hotels across different locations on this trip and encountered the same issue: the pillows lacked neck support and were essentially unusable. Hilton should seriously consider replacing their pillows chain-wide. A small portion of the carpet between two beds was sticky and damp, though I didn’t request a room change since I only noticed this hours after settling in. The staff did take note of the issue when I mentioned it at checkout. Overall, the service was friendly and attentive.

I stayed at this Hampton the night before taking my nursing license exam. I am glad I chose it. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. I checked in on my phone and picked a room that wasn't ready when I arrived. The front desk assigned me another room that I think was probably a better choice given why I was in town. It was on the backside and quiet. I would stay here again.

Not the best rooms that I have been in (not a lot of attention to detail with cleaning), but overall, I would return. Breakfast was good with lots of selections and they kept everything fully stocked. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping around.

Literally next to the convention center, so perfect for events held there. Seems to be a newer Hampton. Room was spacious, well maintained and had a more modern feel. Breakfast was good and in the top 20% of the many Hamptons I have stayed in (I have a high bar for Hampton’s as they are rarely poor).

Travel for work and it was nice to come and relax on a clean room every day good staff and friendly

The hotel itself was as expected but it sits on the outer edges of this winter's ice storm, so some employees couldn't come into work early morning. The front desk person made a few phone calls and discovered the one-person-breakfast-staff was not going to be able to make it. She promptly made a few other calls and found someone to come in, and then she went to work setting up the breakfast area with all the food that didn't need cooked. I apologize if I misspell her name, but Tojnita did an awesome job of stepping up to help the few guest who were waiting on breakfast. Then Daisy came in and started the cooked food. These two team members stepped up and CHEERFULLY fulfilled the duties. Both team members spoke to me, updated me on what was going on, and did so in a professional and friendly manner.
